Founded in 2003 in Songjiang District, Shanghai, Jiufu is a
dedicated manufacturer of rubber isolator mounts, anti vibration mounts, rubber shock
absorbers, spring vibration isolators and EPDM rubber expansion
joints for machinery, HVAC, pump, generator and pipeline systems
worldwide. With 50–100 employees and more than 20 years of
continuous production experience, we combine in-house rubber
compounding, metal insert stamping, vulcanized rubber-to-metal
bonding, assembly and 100% inspection under one roof — so every
anti vibration mount leaves our factory with stable dynamic
stiffness and proven fatigue life.
Our catalogue covers more than 38 product series, from VV / VD / VE
cylindrical rubber mounts and double deflection anti vibration
mounts to JB / JD spring vibration isolators, single and double
sphere flexible rubber joints, metal bellows and braided metal
hoses. Standard sizes run from 8 mm to 150 mm rubber diameter with
load capacity from 10 kg to 1,100 kg, moulded in natural rubber
(NR), EPDM, NBR, neoprene (CR) and SBR, with hardness 40–80 Shore A
and an operating range of -40°C to 120°C.
Around 40–50% of our output is exported to Europe, North America,
the Middle East and Southeast Asia, serving brand owners,
wholesalers, engineering contractors and OEM manufacturers. As an
experienced OEM and ODM rubber parts supplier, we develop custom rubber-to-metal bonded components from 3D
drawings, 2D drawings or physical samples, and support logo,
packaging and assembly customisation. Minimum order quantity starts
at 100 pcs, standard items ship in 5–8 working days, and every
inquiry receives a precise quotation within 24 hours.
Materials are RoHS compliant with no reclaimed rubber, metal parts
are white galvanised or plated to pass a 96-hour salt spray test,
and rubber-to-metal adhesive strength reaches 40 kg/cm² — the
